Practical information and terms

All personal information is saved in files held by BEMAS (Belgian Maintenance Association vzw – asbl). The information we collect is used for administration, market studies and for marketing purposes. You have the right to consult your personal data and demand a correction or elimination from our database. They may be shared with other reputable organizations. If you do not want this, you can let us know by sending an e-mail to info@bemas.org or by fax to +32 2 510 61 91 or by mail.

Full payment for BEMAS Reliability Summit  must be received within 2 weeks after the date of the invoice. This payment must be received before the start of the event to guarantee your participation. Participants from whom we have not received payment prior BEMAS Reliability Summit will be asked to pay cash at the registration desk before being allowed access the courses. Registration modifications and/or cancellations must be made in writing and directed to the registration department (info@bemas.org). If cancellation is received two weeks before the event, the amount paid will be refunded minus 10% for the administration fee. Cancellations received a week before will not be entitled to a refund, but a substitution by another person is possible. Refunds will be processed after the congress. Please note that refund rates do not apply to any bank or administration fees.

The invoice will include 21% VAT (for companies located in Belgium and outside EU). The VAT can be reclaimed from the Belgian tax authorities.
